SPECIFIC IMPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR:

 

Commodity:                       Unprocessed Beeswax (not commercially processed). Includes capping wax, crude melted wax blocks, homemade candles, foundation sheets.

 

Country of Origin:           From Australia, New Zealand

 

Documentation Required.

 

Health Certificate

 

must certify that:

 

“the wax has been sterilized by heating to 70oC for 2 hours”.

 

OR

 

“the wax has been irradiated ….. (as per NZ or Australian standard)”.
